Calendars:

• Founding (F.): Dates from the Founding of human civilization on the planet Onáda, which is the Founding of the Continuation.
• Before the End (B.E.): Before the End of the Kiri-Sama War.
• After the End (A.E.): After the End of the Kiri-Sama War.
• After Jae/Jana (A.J.): Dates from the discovery of Jana but not adopted till some time thereafter.

Standard Time:

A standard year consists of 10 months of 35 days at 25 hours/day (assume Earth hours). A standard year is about 10 hours shorter than an Earth year. Dates are given in the form day.month.year. Example 24.5.2113 A.E. The day starts at 1:00, which is about equivalent to "dawn" or 6:00 a.m.

c. 1450 B.E.--Formation of Kovam (Mind-taxing), Leddie religion and philosophical practice used mainly by hypertelepaths to achieve mental discipline.

1423 B.E.--End of Leddie-Sama War

c. 1300 B.E. --Planet R'Aej claimed by Aejdar (songs of Dáromur Bámaw) (songs in progress by Mike Hieber and Erin Wilcox; events of The Forwarder: text in progress by Arwen Spicer)

1299 B.E. (1711 F.)--Foundation of Aejdarian Clan Abtenyq (The Forwarder)

1035 B.E. --"The Morality of Killing" by Typra of the Greensky House (text completed by Arwen Spicer)

1001 B.E. --Convention of Kiri Worlds, the unification of the Kiri Empire

895 B.E.--Ranlans classify jae tech as an "unjustifiable risk" (reference in Perdita)

c. 800 B.E. Ashtorian Tales of the Nine Clans codified

1 B.E. --War's End (end of the Kiri-Sama War), most Sama worlds devastated, death of the legendary Kiri queen, Léyvia, and the last Sama Overking, Tarnos, along with his daughter, Shorèn.

861 A.E. --Leddies cede the worlds of Sylmor to Ashtorians

1873 A.E. --Truce of Manryrock States (ends sverra/Sama fighting) (The Hour before Morning, text completed by Arwen Spicer)

2011 A.E.-- Outbound (Perditan space ship) destroyed; Jessec dies. A new era of pro-tech and anti-tech hostily begins on Perdita. (Perdita, text completed by Arwen Spicer)

2042 A.E. -- Jae disaster on Perdita; ascention of Imasrase, the Pilgrim, to Jana, discovery of Jana (Perdita)

2110 A.E. -- Events of The Hour before Morning

2113 A.E. --Jana Walkers first reach Jana (first humans to reach Jana and return to real space successfully). These Walkers are Talya, Ghanior, Laran, Sorkuel, Shesen, Elleen, and Cordec, all from Perdita.

2117 A.E. --Naeq becomes leader of Ashtor; end of Ashtor-Leddra war, beginning of greater Ashtorian militancy against Sama colonies.

2125 A.E. --Laran becomes Leddie ambassador to Ashtor

2137 A.E. --Death of Naeq, beginning of liberalization of Ashtor; Ghanior becomes Ashtorian ambassador for Jana.

2140 A.E.-- The Hour before Morning published in Ashtorian

2175 A.E.-- Establishment of Pey police to monitor activity in Jana. (The Pey are an ancient, genetically engineered humanoid species adept in telepathy.)

2187 A.E.-- 'Eblia translates The Hour before Morning into Vunizh
